Inauguration Ceremony of New York Cultural Salon at Flushing, New York

When everyone is signing for life could be so short, one should always treasure every moment of life and provide ones expertise with meaningful work to contribute to the society for good will. A group of Arts and Cultural lovers have formed New York Cultural Salon to carry this goal for their promotion of Chinese Arts and Culture in New York.
The inauguration ceremony of New York Cultural Salon started with Ms. Shu Hsia Chao's introduction of the goals and nominated the names for the Committee Board of Directors to execute different functions: Chairlady Chen Li Yuan, Scretary Mai Feng Juan, Treasure Chang Chi Hui, Activity Liu Ai Lun, Public Relation Zhou Yun Zhi, and Media Cheng-Hua Wang. All the names have been fully agreed as voted by the audience. The Committee will start a serious of programs that will help to promote the cultural atmosphere in New York.
After the Board of Directors election, three entertaining programs have presented by: Chang Li Yuan read out loud of her new Poetry, Chiang Jin Hua sang "Roses" with her beautiful voice, and Cheng-Hua Wang sang Chinese Opera "The Pearl Curtain" accompany with NYJPW musician Wu Liang's Jin Hu. With warmest appreciation, audience has tasted Chinese deserts with tea and coffee, and happily talking to each other. At last, concerned audience has donated some money to buy the cards and desk calendars that produced from Mouth and Foot Painting Group of Taiwan. All productions from this group have been significant attached to the audience's heart.
