This exhibition has presenting a few preciously Chinese calligraphy and paintings that John and Cheng-Hua Wang have collected and kept as a gift from their very closest friends. The pictorial calligraphy that was written by Professor Zhang Li Jie is very treasuring in today. It is called "Jia Gu Wen", meaning words carved on the turtle's shell in the ancient time. It is very rare to find today. Professor Zhang taught Cheng-Hua Wang in the first year of College at The Chinese Culture University, Taiwan. Professor Zhang was an export in Jia Gu Wen. Another painting that written and drew by Professor Shih Tze Chien was a gift to Cheng-Hua Wang when she studied at Chinese Literature Department of Chinese Culture University, Yangmingshan, Taiwan. Professor Shih has taught Cheng-Hua Chinese Literature and also helped Cheng-Hua to get the graduate assistant scholarship of St. John's University on 1974. Today, both Professor Zhang and Shih are not in this living world. Life goes on. Every time when Cheng-Hua looks at these two painting, Cheng-Hua remembered the lessons that she learned from professors. Cheng-Hua has been more spirit to devote her expertise to the society and helping anyone who needs help. This is so called, "Love and Give", as her professors have taught and helped her.
