She lived over 30 years in Switzerland and published the mojority of her work in Taiwan, the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Singapore and in the various Chinese language periodicals of the Unites States and the Western Europe. An important part of her literary works reflects the life and fate of the Chinese overseas, especially those living in Western Europe.
