NYJPW Visiting San Francisco Chinatown

San Francisco, California, July 31, 2004

When Old and New Met at The Traditional Chinatown, San Francisco, California

John & Cheng-Hua Wang had a chance to visit the Chinatown in San Francisco, California. They were so impressed by the traditional way in which the stores being managed. Super markets, gift shops, jewelry stores, bookstores, dian xin restaurants, etc. Every where they went, they heard the typical Cantonese dialog or English. Building with antique architectural structure is being kept in a very nice way. The gate that symbol Chinatown has been built in the oldest and busiest street. Although Chinatown has been developed with much modern technology, it is still showing very much as traditional way of ancient China. It was a nice trip and John & Cheng-Hua enjoyed their sightsneeing very much.
