Build the Body Strength and Keep Good Health
NYJPW Rehearsal Yard, Oradell, New Jersey, July 23, 2000

The President of NYJPW, Cheng-Hua Wang, believes that keep practicing Chinese Opera Wu Kung not only can help to build the body strength but also to maintain the good health. Cheng-Hua has gained a lot of benefit with Chinese Opera Wu Kung techniques from the following past performance:
  • Si Lang Visits His Mother, 12/12/1999, New York
  • The Proud Fishman, 12/06/1998, New York
  • The Mustang With the Red Mane, 11/02/1997, New York

  • The Chinese Opera Wu Kung that Cheng-Hua has learned and performed on the stage has promoted Cheng-Hua's performing techniques to a higher level and improved her expertise on the stage. Cheng-Hua has continously practiced the Chinese Opera Wu Kung in NYJPW rehearsal yard. All the props that Cheng-Hua used on the stage have made by wood, i.e. wooden knief, wooden sward, wooden horse string, etc. The Chinese Opera Wu Kung is same kind of execise that can help one with good health. May everyone who loves Chinese Opera Wu Kung to share this thought to start practicing Chinese Opera Wu Kung for their daily execises.
