Registry Information of International Chinese Opera Festival For Amateur Performers at Beijing, June 4 to June 9, 2003
NYJPW has been appointed by Beijing Association for Cultural Exchanges Association to organize the amateur performers of the United States of America to participate the great event for International Amateur Performers at Beijing, China. This production is sponsored by Organizing Committee of Beijing International Peking Opera Show of Amateur Performers. The Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Huang Chaochen, is highly honorable and recognized by national and international professional and amateur Chinese Opera Performers. This production has combined more then 500 ameteur performers from all over the world to Beijing. The Committee has also invited many national class professsional artists joining the performance to be the good model for amateur performers. Anyone who loves Chinese Opera should not miss the dates and join the celebration. The detail information of schedule and registration are listed as follows.
March 1 - April 15 Registration Through NYJPW for the USA Interested Performers	Welcome all amateur performers' participation without the difference of ages, sex, experience with Beijing Opera performance, countries, etc. The total registration fee for entire festival is RenMinBi 660.00. Airline tickets, hotel room and board, staying at Beijing meals and transportation should be self expense by each individual participant. April 15 - May 30 NYJPW Planing Session	NYJPW will combine the registration forms for entire United States of America and make a sessional performance. Each session is 3 hours. Base upon the number of participates, NYJPW will group possible 4 or more sessions for participants NYJPW will properly arrange the orchestra and costoms & props with Beijing Opera Troupe at Beijing NYJPW will inform each participant for the arragement
June 4 Registration In Person at Beijing, China	Participants should stay in their pre registered hotels and work as a group with other participants.
June 5 Opening Ceremony	Place is at Tai Temple, Tien An Men Square, Beijing
June 6 Performances	9:00 - 12:00 Performance from all over the countries on many different stages 19:15 Special Invitation Performance of "Si Lang Visits His Mother"
June 7 Performances	9:00 - 12:00 Performance from all over the countries on many different stages 19:15 Special Invitation Performance of "Dragon & Phenix Celebration"
June 8 Performances	9:00 - 12:00 Performance from all over the countries on many different stages 14:00 - 17:00 Performances from all over the countries on many different stages
June 9 Closing Ceremony	9:00 - 12:00 Open Forum for Beijing Opera related discussion 18:00 Closing Ceremony
