  • NYJPW John & Penny Wang Special Interview by Queens Tribune Reporter Ellen Thompson:

"Building On A Dream - NYJPW College Point Photo Gallery Delights"

John & Penny Wang are honored been interviewed by Queens Tribune Reporter Ellen Thompson at their NYJPW College Point Arts & Cultural Center, August 27, 2006. John gave a detail tour to Ellen about his current Photography ewxhibition while Penny gave a detail walk through about the history of NYJPW CP Center. How much effort Wang had put in and how much hope Wang had counted on, NYJPW College Point Center finally went through the significant renovation. The outside look is still like an antic break building. The inside of the building has added a new second floor which is the Center and the first floor is a open area for renting store. This is John & Penny Wang's self-sponsored Center to contribute their dedication of Chinese Arts and Cultural promotion to the community. Penny has summarized the interview questions and answers and post the before and after photos for the Center. It is really amazing. Please join John & Penny to share their happiness for their accomplishment.

Penny and John Wang are planning the following programs for NYJPW upcoming events: how to make Chinese dumplings and the traditional sweet eight treasure rice, how to make a conversation with basic Chinese speaking language if you are interesting to go to Beijing for 2008 Olympic Games, how to make delicious Chinese tea, etc. Interested viewers please stay tuned.

  • How to get to NYJPW College Point Center: Take Q20 bus and get off at College Point Boulevard & 18th Avenue. Look for the corner building.
